Delivery Information

At Amakipkip, we treat every shipment as an extension of our brand promise: fast, safe, and sustainable delivery—worldwide.

This policy replaces all previous versions and has been drafted in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, our courier partners’ service conditions, and international customs regulations.

Please note: All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted third-party courier services. While we aim to meet all advertised timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier routing, weather, strikes, customs inspections, or other unforeseen factors.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives with issues, please contact our support team at info@amakipkip.com. We’ll immediately escalate the matter and ensure resolution is handled quickly and transparently.


1. Domestic Shipping – South Africa

PLEASE NOTE: Online orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your parcel has been booked.

1.1 Express Courier – FREE

- Fastway Couriers (door-to-door)

- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days

1.2 Special Outlying Area (SOA) – FREE
If Fastway flags your suburb as “not serviced” or “special outlying,” our team will contact you to arrange an alternative method. You may choose:

- PAXI (Store-to-Store) – Collect at your chosen Pep store

- PostNet (Store-to-Store) – Collect at your chosen PostNet branch

No extra fees apply. You'll be notified via SMS when the parcel is ready for collection.


2. International Shipping

We ship to over 220 countries via DHL Express.

- Carrier: DHL Express

- Rate: Displayed at checkout

- Transit time:

Urban: 2 to 7 business days

Remote areas: 4 to 14 business days

Important: The recipient is responsible for paying any local VAT, customs duties, brokerage, or clearance fees.
If your address is in a DHL-designated remote area, a surcharge may apply—we will request your approval before dispatching.


3. Tracking & Delivery

- Tracking links are sent via email and SMS once the parcel is dispatched.

- A signature or PIN (for PAXI/PostNet) is required on delivery.

- If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.


4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

While in transit:
All shipments are insured. If your tracking stalls, contact us at info@amakipkip.com within 48 hours of the last scan event.

After delivery:
Claims for damages or missing items must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. Please include clear photos of the outer box and product.


5. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO (military) addresses. Please provide a valid physical address or opt for PAXI/PostNet if you're within South Africa.
